What we’re doing in response to COVID-19
Kulea has enacted numerous measures to ensure that we are able to provide seamless uninterrupted support during this time of uncertainty:
We have a work from home infrastructure already in place (as many of you already know) and therefore day to day disruption is already limited
We’ve stopped all non-essential business travel, both domestic and international.
We’re encouraging our team members to eliminate all non-essential travel and practice caution to reduce the spread of this virus.
Moving forward
We will continue to monitor the global impact of COVID-19 and adhere to recommendations of agencies like the CDC and WHO. We will not waiver from providing best-in-class service for our customers, and we are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure customers do not experience a change in service levels or response times as a result of this virus.
