Voyager Infinity + Kulea: Native Marketing Automation for Voyager Agencies - Coming Soon

By Andrew Nicholson · Published 3 July 2026 · 4 min read

We're delighted to announce that Kulea is building a native integration with Voyager Infinity - the long-established recruitment CRM used by temp, perm and contract agencies across the UK and Australia. We're working on this one in collaboration with our agency partners at Thrive RMO, who will be handling the marketing automation strategy and delivery for the agency this integration is being built to serve.

It's a significant piece of work, and we're genuinely excited to be doing it.

What's happening

  • Kulea is building a native Voyager Infinity integration, adding Voyager to the same roster as Vincere, Firefish, Bullhorn and Microdec Profile.
  • The integration will deliver nightly contact sync, bidirectional unsubscribe handling, and marketing events written back into Voyager - the same foundation every Kulea integration is built on.
  • Alongside the integration, we're running a full data extraction, cleansing and enrichment project to help the agency get their Voyager data in good shape before outreach begins.
  • Thrive RMO are our agency partner on this project, handling the comms strategy and automation build on behalf of the client.

Why Voyager Infinity

Voyager Infinity has been a fixture in the UK temp recruitment market for a long time. It handles the operational complexity of high-volume temporary staffing well - shift planning, pay and bill, timesheet processing - and agencies running Voyager tend to run it because it does exactly what they need on the compliance and operations side.

What it hasn't historically had is a strong marketing automation story. The agencies running Voyager have the same candidate and client databases as anyone else - often large, often established, often underworked - and they've largely had to rely on manual exports or generic email tools that have no awareness of what's happening in the CRM. The integration we're building changes that.

What the Integration Does

The Voyager Infinity integration follows the same ETL architecture we've built for every ATS we connect to. Contacts and candidates are extracted from Voyager each night and passed into Kulea, where they can be segmented, automated against, and engaged through personalised email journeys. Unsubscribe requests are synchronised bidirectionally every two hours, keeping both systems in step for ICO compliance. And marketing engagement events - email opens, link clicks, asset downloads - are written back into Voyager, giving consultants visibility of who's actively engaging without leaving the system they already use.

The same data flows that make our Vincere, Firefish and Bullhorn integrations valuable. The same ETL architecture that cleans, validates and enriches data in transit. Just connected to Voyager Infinity.

The Data Project Running Alongside It

This isn't purely an integration build. Before outreach and nurture can begin in earnest, the client's Voyager data needs to be in good order - which is true of most agencies who've been running a CRM for a number of years without systematic data hygiene. We're running a structured extraction, validation and enrichment project in parallel: pulling the raw data, identifying what's stale, duplicate or incomplete, verifying email addresses before they go anywhere near a campaign, and enriching records where key fields are missing.

It's the kind of groundwork that makes everything downstream work properly. Skip it, and your open rates look worse than they should, your bounce rates creep up, and your compliance picture gets murkier. Do it properly, and every campaign you run from day one is working from a foundation you can actually trust.

Working with Thrive RMO

We're delivering this project alongside Thrive RMO, one of the UK's leading recruitment marketing agencies. Thrive work with scaling and fast-growing recruitment businesses on everything from employer brand and content strategy through to full-funnel candidate and client engagement - and on this project, they're responsible for the automation strategy, campaign architecture and ongoing management for the agency we're serving together.

It's a model we're increasingly seeing: a recruitment marketing agency that already knows the client's business and objectives, working with Kulea's integration capability underneath to make the platform actually work with the CRM the agency is running. Thrive handles the strategy and the relationship; Kulea handles the technical integration and the data pipeline. Both doing what they're best at.

For Agencies Running Voyager Infinity

This integration isn't a one-off. Once built, it becomes part of our standard integration stack - available to any agency running Voyager Infinity who wants to connect their ATS to a proper marketing automation platform without the manual export problem.

If you're a Voyager agency and you'd like to be among the first to access the integration when it's ready, get in touch below. We're not ready to put a launch date on this publicly yet, but we'd rather have a conversation now than miss you when it goes live.
