We’ve tried to be as transparent as possible with our subscription pricing, however if there’s anything you think we’ve missed, please do let us know via our contact page.
Are any product features excluded from any of the packages?
Unlike some solutions on the market, we don’t want to penalise our smaller customers. For that reason, all Kulea’s native features are accessible to all tiers.
That said, access to third party features and application data, such as social media reporting and our API (required for Zapier connectivity) is only available from the Start up tier and above.
What do you mean by "marketing contact"?
A marketing contact is any contact held in Kulea that you can send emails to. Unsubscribed and archived contacts do not count as marketing contacts
* What's your Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for emails?
We allow up to 5x your marketing contact allowance email sends in any one month within our AUP. That means you can contact everyone in your account up to five times a month by email.
As an example, our warm up package contains up to 500 marketing contacts.
500 x 5 = 2,500.
So you can send up to 2,500 email per month through that package. Please note Bcc emails are also counted towards your allowance
Is there a set up or "Kick starter" cost?

How long is my contract with you?
Standard contract length is 1 year. Discounted rates are available for longer contract periods. Please get in touch for details.
What training do you provide
All new subscriptions include 2x 1 hour onboarding calls, access to our Kulea knowledge base, and full support for the lifetime of your contract.
Can I have a free trial?
We don’t offer free trials (we’re a small team, and dedicate all our time and love to paying customers), but please do book in a free demo so you can see the tools for yourself and ask any questions you might have.

What if I want a third party CRM integration, but I'm on one of the lower packages?
Just let us know your requirements and we can quote you for an ad hoc integration.
What's Zapier?
Zapier is a middleman software solution that connects different apps.
Zapier works with over 3,000 different software solutions, including most decent CRMs. Our integrations team are experts at using Zapier to connect your Kulea account to other tools in your sales and marketing stack.
If we are providing a CRM integration as part of our agreement, you will need your own Zapier account, and will provide us with access to it.
What's the difference between a basic and an advanced CRM integration?
Basic CRM integrations will use contact level data transfers, I.e. CRM contact updates get passed to Kulea and vice versa
Advanced CRM integrations include the use of other CRM objects, such as deals and company.
Whether basic or advanced, Team Kulea requires third party CRMs to have Zapier functionality in order to complete the integration. Integration capability will reflect Zapier functionality provided by the CRM. For non Zapier enabled CRM integrations, custom pricing is available upon request.
