It’s been a roller-coaster two and a half years of blood, sweat and tears (also lots of coffee, let’s not forget the coffee!). But those of you who know us here at team Kulea will know that’s it’s all been well worth it, as we’ve gone from concept, to build, to launch of an incredible product that finally puts marketing automation technology and the opportunities it brings into the hands of SME businesses. Big round of applause all, we did it!
We couldn’t have achieved any of this without the unwavering support of our amazing investors, and as we take Kulea mainstream, we’re now looking to build both our customer base and investor community as we open Kulea up to public investment by partnering with crowdfunding platform, seedrs.com.
We’ll be launching our seedrs.com campaign publicly this Friday 2nd of June, however, those of you lucky enough (he says cheekily) to already be part of our private network will receive your exclusive campaign previews from today onwards.
Investors can invest as much, or as little as they like through the platform and we are also fully EIS certified – so UK investors can use their Kulea investment to claim up to 30% tax relief from HMRC (as if the opportunity of investing in the Kulea success story weren’t enough of an incentive!). If we are unsuccessful in reaching our £150k target, all funds are returned – though we’re pretty confident we’ll over shoot this target!
Funds raised will primarily be used to invest in sales and marketing support, as well as further development of our Kulea for agencies platform and app marketplace. So watch this space folks – things are about to get exciting!
